"AZ Law" Special - Supreme Court Oral Argument, McKinney v. Arizona

In this special, "AZ Law" presents this week's oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court in the McKinney v. Arizona case.

We've written about this interesting death penalty case before. In Wednesday's oral arguments, former Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal argued on behalf of convicted murderer James McKinney. Arizona's Solicitor General, O.H. Skinner, argued for the State of Arizona.
